Hello everyone! My name is Rose, I’m currently living in Buffalo, NY! Health & fitness has always been my passion in life. I have been creating workout/meal plans for over 2 years now for both men & women all over the world! I am blessed & honored to be able to help others become the BEST versions of themselves! I create CUSTOM online training for YOUR goals! No cookie cutter B.S, This if for YOUR body type & fitness goals. We will be working around what makes YOU comfortable! I want this to be fun & non-stressful. Eating healthy & working out doesn’t have to be boring, I promise you will love it after what you learn! I will create a workout plan/meal guide that fits around YOUR schedule! Whether you have kiddos, long working hours or just an overall busy life, I can and will make it work for you! I offer at home (for those who want/need to stay home) OR gym workouts (or even a mixture of both) for MEN & WOMEN. The meal plan I create for you is based off your own personal goals. I create however many meals you want throughout the day. Whether it’s 3 big meals, 6 small meals, or 1 huge meal & healthy snacks. We reach your goal, and I work hard to make sure everything is what & how you want it! We avoid any foods you dislike, and create a yummy plan for you to enjoy though out your weeks!

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients. I know stepping out of your comfort zone can be scary, but let me help you get past that and get on a routine to become the best version of yourself.
